Is there any cost to searching for facility time? No, searching is absolutely free!
Is there any cost to posting facility time? Yes, there is a small cost of $25 per year (taxes included).
If I cancel my listing, do I get my money back? No, unfortunately the $25 per year is non-refundable.
How will the directory be laid out? The directory will be laid out by sports facility categories; then further broken down by location (e.g.. Basketball Courts > United States > Illinois > Chicago)
Can I change my information throughout the year? Yes, you can login using your unique username and password you were e-mail after your purchase to update your information. If you have forgotten your username or password you can request it be e-mail to you by contacting our support team. Be sure you include your full name and e-mail address you signed up with.
Can I removed my listing? Yes, you can remove your listing at anytime by e-mailing us from our contact page.
